Tshegofatso Somo is the founder of Versatile Mentorship Hub.
She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of the
Witwatersrand and currently serves as a Financial Accountant for
a private equity firm.
Raised in Soshanguve, Pretoria, Tshegofatso developed a deep passion
for mentorship through the guidance and support she recei

professionals who shaped her own journey. Motivated to pay it forward,
she founded the programme with a mission to mentor learners who have
potential but lack clear pathways to realise it.
Having experienced the challenges of growing up in a township and
facing poverty, Tshegofatso learned early on that education was her
gateway to transformation. This has driven her lifelong dedication to
helping others embrace the value of education, hard work, and
ambitious thinking.
Beyond her mentorship work, she has contributed to various tutoring
initiatives, offering academic guidance and support to learners.
Tshegofatso actively integrates mentorship into every space she
occupies, embodying the values of guidance, empowerment, and
transformation.

She holds a Bachelor of Education (Senior and FET Phase) from North-West University and a Bachelor of Education Honours in Psychology of Ed
